As your inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to arm you with the information you need about the condition of the property. With over 22 years as a construction and project manager in both residential and commercial construction, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the property.

My experience has been focused on all associated trades as it relates to home building, building maintenance, and quality control. In the earlier years of my career I was trained as a carpenter, and also learned standards of practice in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Later years were more focused on building systems as a whole, as well as working with customers to help educate and facilitate building solutions.

I encourage you to be present during the inspection. You'll be able to see the condition of the home first-hand, and I'll be able to explain everything to you as we move throughout the house.
